Stone Ornaments and Letter Cutting
Stone Garden Ornaments
We design and create a wide range of bespoke stone features including tables from granite, marble, sandstone and limestone as well as stone benches, seats, tables and chairs.
Our stone furniture weathers beautifully, so it can be left outdoors all year round adding character to any garden or public space. Styles vary from the classical to contemporary and so it is entirely possible to choose an ornament that enhances a current garden theme.
Saxum Stonemasons also carry out repairs to existing Stone or cast garden features which may have suffered from frost damage, cracking or general damage. It is usually possible to repair features on site. If there are pieces missing then our skilled craftsmen can re-create the missing sections to restore an item to it’s original profile.
Previous projects include stone bird baths, wishing wells, sculptures, sundials, stone statues, steps, pedestals, planters and water features.
Letter cutting
Our team of craftsmen create a variety of hand cut letters from miniature memorials to large place names using slate, marble, granite, limestone and sandstone. Each piece is uniquely designed to meet your requirements, budget and taste and can left plain, painted and also filled to create greater contrast. Our stone carving and letter cutting is both unique and functional making it the perfect centrepiece for your home, business and public spaces.
